STEUBENVILLE — Paul R. and Charlamayne Biacco of Steubenville celebrated their 50th anniversary during a surprise party given by their children on Saturday at Holy Rosary Church. They were married Nov. 14, 1959, at Holy Rosary Church with the Rev. Joseph Malara officiating. She is the daughter of the late Charles and Marjorie Andrews Pinti and retired as as registered nurse at Ohio Valley Hospital. He is the son of the late Paul L. and Elaine Mushrush Biacco. He retired as a millwright at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. They have two children: Sondra of Toronto and Robert of Steubenville. There are two grandsons.
