BLOOMINGDALE - Alison Roush and Jacob Butler were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Lakes Country Club in Westerville, with the Rev. Clint Quillen of Wintersville officiating.
Escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her parents, Jeffrey and Marilyn Roush of Bloomingdale, the bride chose a trumpet-style dress. She carried a bouquet of purple roses, tulips, orchids and hydrangeas.
The groom is the son of Mark and Robin Butler of Newark.
Lauren Roush served as her sister's maid of honor, and Meredith Patterson served as her sister's matron of honor. Bernadine Edgerly, Holly Piper, Angela Felice, Ashley Duffin and Joy Winkler were bridesmaids.
Joe Butler served as best man. Bryan White, Ryan Frenton, Richie Zemen, Kyle Davis, Matt Stembridge and Chris Stembridge were groomsmen.
Following a reception, the newlyweds honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2006 graduate of the American School of Hair Design and is employed at the Charles Penzone Grand Salon in Dublin, Ohio. The groom is a 2004 graduate of Licking Valley High School and a 2007 graduate of Capital University. He is employed at JP Morgan Chase.
The couple reside in Dublin.
