Arrested: Kenneth N. Brewer Jr., 39, 873 Buena Vista Blvd., driving with a suspended license, hit-skip and operating a vehicle under the influence. Police reported Brewer struck a parked vehicle in the 300 block of Scenic Drive around 8:16 p.m. Sunday.

Cited: Jason R. Ferguson, no age or address listed by police, failure to yield and driving with a suspended license; Curtis L. Wright Sr., 42, 46067 Cadiz Junction Road, Hopedale, driving with a suspended license and excessive window tint; and Obrian R. Moore, 20, 434 S. Sixth St., possession of marijuana.

Break-in: Basement door of house in the 500 block of South Fourth Street forced open in the past week. An inventory is pending to determine if anything was taken.

Break-in: House in the 400 block of North Fifth Street broken into and two televisions taken, Sunday.

Arrested: Bobby L. Lancaster, 42, 1407 1/2 Pennsylvania Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court, Sunday.
