Wreaths more than simply a decoration

More than just a door decoration, wreaths have been associated with symbolic qualities since ancient Rome.

For example, because their circular shape has no beginning and no ending, wreaths have come to symbolize eternity and the circle of life.

Throughout history, in addition to the overall symbolism of wreaths, the various constituents can also carry meaning.

In some cultures, evergreens represented the triumph over adversity, since they remain green during the dark days of winter.

In the Victorian "language of flowers," lavender symbolizes devotion, while daisies and Baby Breathe represent innocence.

This year, give and display seasonal wreaths knowing that you are not only adding beauty, but also carrying on an ancient tradition!
