BLOOMINGDALE - Bloomingdale First Church of God held Pastor Appreciation Sunday for the Rev. Roger Burdick and his wife, Sue.

Sheila Pinkerton gave the opening prayer and Bert Gaffney, the welcome.

Julia Houchin sang "The Lord's Prayer," and poems were read by Darla Pletcher and Bonnie Litten. Nellie Turley read Scripture.

Flowers were presented to Sue Burdick by her parents, Joe and Sheila Pinkerton.

Special guests were the couple's parents.

A luncheon was served after the service.
