TUCHEK, Madelyn Renee, 37, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Nov. 5 2009, of natural causes.

She was born in Dennison, Ohio, on June 28, 1972, and is preceded in death by her father, Ronald "Butch" Anderson.

She is survived by her mother, Marlene G. Fair of Richmond, her sons, Ronald Lee Tuchek and his wife Courtney of Wintersville, and William M. and Gary D. Tuchek of the home; grandson, Clayton Tuchek and a brother, Ronald Lee (B.J.) Anderson of North Carolina.
