STEUBENVILLE - Bob and Ruth Cook of Steubenville are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.
They were united in marriage on Sept. 17, 1950. They are the parents of two children, Robert M. of Steubenville and Deborah Severson of Manassas Va. They also have four grandchildren.
