1:55 p.m. Johnson joins GOP reading of Constitution

WASHINGTON -- New Ohio 6th District Rep. Bill Johnson, R-Poland, joined in the Republican-led reading of the U.S. Constitution on the floor of the House Thursday.

Johnson read part of Article II, Section 3, dealing with the President's requirement to present an annual State of the Union.

Video of the event was carried live on C-SPAN.

A heckler interrupted New Jersey Democrat Rep. Frank Pallone's reading of the section about the citizenship requirement of the president and was ordered removed from the chamber.
