Two Ridges Presbyterian Church hosts a hot lunch with dessert and beverages each Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m at the church.
The luncheons are free but donations are appreciated, officials said.

A bereavement support group, led by the members of Two Ridges Presbyterian Church at 1085 Canton Road and Charity Hospice's Nicole Marinacci, meets from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. the third Thursday of each month. Members of the community are invited to attend. The next meeting will be held April 21 at the church.

Club hosts luncheon
The Wintersville Woman's Club invites women from the area to attend its luncheon meetings held at noon the third Thursday of each month at St. Florian Hall.
The next meetings will be:
Thursday - "April Showers Bring May Flowers," presented by Edna Walley, master gardener from DiGregory's Greenhouse and Garden Center.
May 19 - "Make It, Bake It, Take It Auction," with Lil Ferguson as auctioneer.

The Upper Ohio Valley Celebrate Recovery program meets in larger groups at 6 p.m. every Thursday at the Brentwood United Methodist Church located at 148 Stephens St. in Wintersville. Smaller groups meet at 7 p.m.
The program is a 12-step recovery program for drug, alcohol, gambling addictions, hurts, hangups and habits and is open to anyone who wants to change his or her life, according to organizers.

Wintersville Baseball Association
to hold pancake breakfast
The Wintersville Baseball Association will hold a pancake breakfast with the Easter Bunny from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday at Zalenski's Restaurant.
Tickets at $5 each, and proceeds from the event will go toward maintaining and improving the fields behind Bantam Ridge Elementary School.
Fort Steuben Burial Estates to
hold annual Easter egg hunt
The 22nd-annual Easter egg hunt will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Fort Steuben Burial Estates. The event is rain or shine and open to area children ages 2-10.
Each child will receive a small gift bag and a basket in which to collect eggs and keep, officials said. Grand prizes will be awarded in three age groups with other prizes also to be awarded. The Easter Bunny will be on hand at the hunt, which is held on the cemetery grounds near the new mausoleum.
Signs will be posted for each age group: Ages 2-3, 4-6 and 7-10.
Special Events committee
announces upcoming activities
The Wintersville Special Events committee has announced its annual activities. They include:
April 23: Sunny the Bunny will be at the Wintersville Gazebo, across from Walnut Park, from 1p.m. to 3 p.m. to hand out prize-filled eggs, take pictures and offer a chance to win a stuffed rabbit or an Easter basket.
June 11: A concert will be held from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in Walnut Park.
July 4: Annual parade, memorial service and free picnic in the park.
Committee chairman Dee Martin said there are tentative plans for additional concerts, karaoke in the park and a kid's beach party.
Two Ridges Presbyterian Church
set to hold Palm Sunday Concert
Two Ridges Presbyterian Church will hold a concert featuring David McClintock at 6 p.m. Sunday at the church.
McClintock, an acclaimed concert pianist and songwriter, has been featured in the Billboard Magazine, appeared on many television programs and has released five albums, one of which is entitled, "The Feel of Music."
Refreshments will be served by the evangelism committee after the concert.
