WEIRTON - Brittany Mills and Richard Budney Jr. were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 at St. Paul's Church in Weirton with the Rev. Larry Dorsch officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Munch and Dineen Mills of New Cumberland. The groom is the son of Richard and Linda Budney of Weirton.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Shannon Herron served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Deanna Bellville, Marcy Maple, Mayghan McPherson, Teresa Snider, Rachel Brown, Danielle Six and Kirsten Hiles.
Brian Budney, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Nicco Mills, Noah Mills, Steve Fogle, Duane Frazier, Doug Frazier, Jason Williamson and Doug Minder.
The flower girl was Isabella Hiles, cousin of the bride, and the ring bearer was Seth Hiles, cousin of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Serbian American Cultural Center in Weirton. The couple honeymooned at Sandals, Montego Bay, Jamaica.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Oak Glen High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an associate degree in respiratory therapy. She is employed by UPMC Presbyterian as a respiratory therapist.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Madonna High School, a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology and 2008 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a doctorate in physical therapy. He is employed by Elite Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, Weirton Medical Center and at Genesis Healthcare as a physical therapist.
The couple reside in Weirton.
