To the editor:
I don't have enough space to list President "Obuma's" failed green companies. But the last one gone belly up is Ener1 that received $120 million and then was sold to a Russian businessman. This company did a lot of secret technical military contracts. Guess who owns all of the secrets now? How long are we going to tolerate such stupidity?
Here are some of the firsts for the president: To arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it; to tell a major manufacturing company which state it is allowed to locate to; to withdraw existing coal permits that were properly issued years before; to appoint 45 czars to replace elected officials; to hide his medical, education and travel records; to have 22 personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife; to keep a dog trainer on retainer for $102,000 year (taxpayer funded); to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party; and to spend a trillion dollars on "shovel-ready" jobs knowing there's no such thing.
He stated that the economy could be worse - yes, if he gets re-elected. SolarEnery received $250 million from Barack Obama in March and laid off 2,000 employees. The president isn't really stupid, he knows exactly what he's doing. His calendar is full of policies he'll introduce to destroy the United States. It's all planned out since day one.
The president's unholy trinity - the EPA and the Interior and Energy departments - are his personal resources to destroy the U.S. - just look at the stupid regulations they put into place and the money needed to support them.
He shouldn't be elected dog catcher - he couldn't run the office, but he might eat them.
Bob Atkinson's letter reveals his racist tendencies ("Martin's family deserves justice," April 22.) Atkinson must have been an eyewitness because the "facts" he relates are to persuade the reader he knows what he's talking about. Poor guy obviously gets his information from MSNBC and Al Sharpton. Two words describe Sharpton's credibility: Tawana Browly. If you don't know who she is, I suggest you Google her. MSNBC is biased. To incite racial division, instead of reporting the shooter as an Hispanic they called him a "white" Puerto Rican. This was an Hispanic-on-black crime - call it as it is. NBC edited the 911 tape to make it sound as if George Zimmerman advised an operator Martin was black. Zimmerman was answering if Martin was white, Hispanic or black. All you heard on NBC's broadcast was Zimmerman saying, "He's black." And people watch these idiots. Who are the real idiots?
On Tuesday, I was behind an Indian Creek bus and watched 17 students disembark at different locations. Only two carried books, all wore clothing that looked shabby and was inappropriate. Do you really think a multimillion dollar building would increase their passion to learn? If the levy passes once after many defeats, it goes into effect and is not put on the next ballot to be defeated again - talk about not being fair.
