George Zimmerman in Florida has been charged with second degree murder and is out on bail.
Branko Busick is on probation after pleading guilty to two counts of assault while committing a felony.
Then there is the case of the Amish men from Ross Township who have been in jail since last fall for cutting beards off other men. A beard will grow back in six months. They are still in jail. They must have a shoemaker for a lawyer.
