STEUBENVILLE - Kristi McCullough and Denver Williams have announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dori Duchin of Columbus and Scott Penman of Steubenville.
Her fiance is the son of Harold and Phyllis Williams of Connellsville, Pa.

She is a 2000 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University, where she received a degree in special education. She is employed as the special education admissions liaison by the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Connellsville High School and a 2006 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where he received a degree in computer science. He is employed as a technical support service specialist by National Network of Digital Schools.
A wedding is planned Sept. 2 in Pittsburgh.
