DAVIS, Dr. Stacy L., 39, of Bergholz, died Wednesday at Trinity West.
She is the wife of Thomas Costlow.
Calling hours are today 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, and on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 2 p.m. at Richmond United Methodist Church.
