Fake money: Five fake $20 bills passed at business on University Boulevard, Wednesday.

Vandalism: Four tires on vehicle slashed Thursday in the 500 block of Union Avenue.

Arrested: Charmaine Lester, 32, 743 Kendell Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court, criminal mischief and falsification, Thursday.

Arrested: James E. Johnson, 50, 1222 1/2 Oak Grove Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court and falsification, Thursday.

Arrested: Tori Hatala, 49, 1304 Hukill St., Brilliant, possession of drug abuse instrument and drug abuse, Thursday.

Cited: Matthew Kennedy, 51, 16 Elm St., speeding; Robert A. Salerno, 33, Apartment F, 817 Market St., expired registration and driving with a suspended license; and Jennifer A. Hvisc, 33, 224 North St., driving with suspended license.

Cited: Brian E. McMillen, 42, Kingwood, W.Va., failure to obey traffic signal.
