EPIFANO, Elsie, 83 of Mingo Jct., died April 25, 2012, at Weirton Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 30, 1929, in Steubenville, the daughter of the Late Richard and Edith Minks Keenan.
Elsie was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
Elsie is also preceded in death by her first husband, Marion "Jack" Barns and her second husband Herman Epifano, seven sisters and one brother.
Surviving are one son, Edward (Deidre) Barns of Toronto and three daughters, Victoria (Carl) Davis of Fl, Katherine (Ron) Gibbons of Mingo and Patricia (John) Treadway of Brilliant, nine grandchildren and16 great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to a Funeral Liturgy with Mass, 9:30 a.m., Thursday at St. Peter Catholic Church. Burial will be private at Union Cemetery.
