LUCAS, Raymond, Jr. "Skip," 74, of Steubenville, died Tuesday at Lancia Villa Royale.
He is the husband of Donna Lucas.
Calling hours are Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral home, Sunset Chapel.
