GROVES, Donna J., 50, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 25, 2012, at Trinity West after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born July 1, 1961, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Eugene "Gene" and Joann B. Groves.
Donna was a member of Donna's Angels Cancer Support Group which was named in honor of her. She was a devoted sister, aunt, friend and fiance.

Donna touched the lives of many people and had many friends. She worked as a secretary at Atlas Gas for 16 years.
Surviving are her sister, Connie (John) Palmeri of Wintersville, Ohio; niece, Kaylie Palmeri of Wintersville, OH; fiance, Bill Gualtiere of Wintersville, Ohio; best friend of 45 years Linda Davis Rupert and dog Buddy.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville, on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a funeral service will be held Thursday 9:30 a.m. with Pastor Dave Parker and Pastor Bob Mazeroski officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
