WINTERSVILLE - Thomas and Judy Lucas of Wintersville celebrated their 45th anniversary on Tuesday.
They were married July 17, 1967.
He is retired from Satralloy and Aquinas School, and she is retired from Unibank.

They are the parents of three children: Janice Barnard of Pittsburgh; Thomas of Sandusky; and Kristina, who is deceased. There are five grandchildren.
