Vandalism: Large piece of concrete thrown through vehicle window in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue, Wednesday.

Cited: Tami R. Shackleford, 31, Apartment H2, 807 Market St., driving with a suspended license, failure to control and leaving the scene of an accident; Charles R. Buchanan, 80, 3564 Riverview Drive, Weirton, speeding; James R. Conley, 63, 121 McHendry St., Weirton, speeding; DelRicco Williams Jr., 53, 993 McKinley Ave., open container; Charles R. Takach Jr., 34, Apartment 1, 104 Battle Run Road, Mingo Junction, driving with a suspended license and failure to signal turn; Zachary J. Willis, 32, 1175 county Road 28, Steubenville, failure to reinstate license; Katie A. Smith, 36, 31 Condor Court, Weirton, stop sign and driving with a revoked license; and Michael Dalbenzio, 40, 646 Prospect Ave., no license plate light.

Arrested: Kimberly Fannin, 39, 40 Buckeye St., Adena, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and petit theft, Wednesday.

Arrested: Christopher M. Flati, 28, 143 S. 11th St., Weirton, petit theft and possession of drugs, Wednesday.

Arrested: Bobby J. Elder, 28, 713 Lincoln Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court, Wednesday.

Arrested: Summer R. Malysheu, 34, 646 Prospect Ave., possession of drug abuse instrument, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, Wednesday. Police also confiscated three counterfeit $100 bills.

Arrested: Justin A. Brown, 29, 121 Lafayette Circle, Weirton, driving with a suspended license, failure to yield and possession of drug paraphernalia, Wednesday.

Break-in: House in the 800 block of Woodlawn Road broken into and CDs and headphones taken, Wednesday.
