WINTERSVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. Michael McQuistion of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kellie Lynn, to Samuel Alan Scott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Scott of Mingo Junction.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Catholic Central High School. She also graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and is a graduate of Eastern Gateway Community College with an associate degree in radiologic technology. She is employed as a radiologic technologist for Visiting Physicians Association in Williamsburg, Va.
Her fiance is a graduate of Indian Creek High School. He also is a graduate of Jefferson Community College with an associate degree in radiologic technology. He is employed as a radiologic technologist for Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville.
