FAKLIS, Corina Mastromichalis, died peacefully on Aug. 11, 2012, in Stockton, CA.
She was born in Steubenville, OH, on Sept. 15, 1934, to the late Michael and Evdokia Mastromichalis. She is also preceded in death by her husband Michael and three siblings.
Corina graduated from the Hancock County School system in 1952 and later attended the College of Steubenville and West Liberty State College. In 1967, she and her husband, Michael Faklis, moved to Stockton, CA from Tarpon Springs, FL.
Mrs. Faklis is survived by her children Nick (Holly) Faklis and Kia (Tom) Balalis; four grandchildren; five brothers and sisters, Maria (John) Dikas and Steve Mastromichalis of Albany, NY, Perry (Elaine) Mastromichalis of Palm Coast, FL, Julie (Tim) Kefalas of Tarpon Springs, FL and Gary (Harriet) Mastromichalis of Weirton, WV.
Funeral services and burial were held in Stockton, CA.
