Country Friends
Country Friends will host the Stone Street Station Saturday at Memorial Hall, located on Old Police Lodge Road, Colliers.
The doors open at 6 p.m., and the dance begins at 7 p.m.
On Mondays and Fridays, Country Friends hold covered-dish dinners and open mic nights. The doors open at 4 p.m., the meal begins at 5 p.m. ,and open mic begins at 6 p.m.
Country Friends Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Christianity, friendship and brotherly love through music. All proceeds go to charity.

Conversation on
kidney disease
The National Kidney Foundation serving Ohio and DaVita Dialysis will hold a "Coffee House Conversation" from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sept. 22 at the Country Club Retirement Campus in Dover.
Patients with stage 3, 4 or 5 (dialysis) chronic kidney disease are invited for breakfast and a conversation with health care professionals.
"Twenty-nine million Americans have early kidney disease, and once they are diagnosed, they have a million questions. We want to provide a relaxing and comfortable support-group environment where newly diagnosed patients can bring their questions and get the answers they and their loved ones are looking for," according to a news release.
