WEIRTON - Natasha Shantell Bish and Ryan James Alloggia of Weirton announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lenny and Sue Woods of Follansbee. She is a 1998 graduate of Brooke High School.
Her fiance is the son of the late James Alloggia and Gloria Alloggia of Wintersville. He is a 1990 graduate of Wintersville High School.
