NEW CUMBERLAND - Deborah Caine of New Cumberland and Rhonda Purpura of Benwood, announce the engagement of their children, Stacey Lynn Caine and Frank Charles Purpura.
The bride-to-be also is the daughter of the late Jeffrey Caine. She is a graduate of Oak Glen High School and a 2003 graduate of Bethany College. She is employed by Williams Lea in Wheeling and is a freelance graphic designer.
Her fiance also is the son of Joseph Purpura of Proctor, W.Va. He is a graduate of Bishop Donahue High School and a 2000 graduate of Virginia Tech. He is a systems analyst at PPG in Pittsburgh.
