STEUBENVILLE - Holy Family Church in Steubenville was the setting for the July 7 wedding that united Katherine Berarducci and Jason Golec in marriage. The 1:30 p.m. ceremony was celebrated by Monsignor Gerald Calovini.
Escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her parents, Mike and Michele Berarducci of Steubenville, the bride chose an ivory strapless gown with gold and pearl accents. She carried a bouquet of blue hydrangeas.
The groom is the son of Robert and Angela Crowe of Wintersville.

Ashley Secosky of Steubenville served as maid of honor. Lindsay Milton of Jacksonville, Fla., was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Alicia Covert of Fairfax Station, Va.; Leslie Perkins of Daytona Beach, Fla.; and Linsey Bruce of Gahanna.
Michael D'Aurora of Steubenville was the best man. Ushers were Ryan Freiling of Mingo Junction; Jon Lyon of Salem, S.D.; David Stewart of Las Vegas; and George Baker of Reno, Nev.
A reception was held at Oglebay's Wilson Lodge.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2005 graduate of Capital University. She earned a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2012. She is a learning strategist at Jim Bridger Middle School in North Las Vegas.
The groom is a 1997 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2005 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville. He is a U.S. history teacher and athletics coach at Centennial High School in Las Vegas.
The couple reside in North Las Vegas.
