Hayes, 24, Apartment 2, 2612 Sunset Blvd., retaliation, dismissed, disorderly conduct, contempt of court and criminal trespass, 15 days in jail; Christopher Humienny, 49, 312 Darlington Road, petit theft, amended to unauthorized use of property, $250, 40 hours community service, operating a vehicle under the influence, driver intervention program, $375, 180 day license suspension, failure to control, $150; Christopher C. Nehrbras, 29, 1120 Maryland Ave., underage consumption and public indecency, 25 hours community service; Gabriel J. Christopher J. Saleone, 32, Wheeling, expired plates, $100; Katie A. Smith, 32, 31 Condor Court, Weirton, permitting drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia, 10 days in jail, operating a vehicle under the influence, second offense, and driving with license suspended for OVI, 30 days in jail, $525, one year license suspension, driving with license suspended and stop sign, dismissed;

John W. Tolbert Jr., criminal trespass and resisting arrest, amended to disorderly conduct, 10 days in jail; and Shawn M. Yoders, 34, 623 Grandview Ave., two counts driving with suspended license, no seat belt and defective mechanism, $300 and 100 hours community service.
