Sewer work set for McCauslen Manor

STEUBENVILLE - Traffic in the McCauslen Manor neighborhood will be restricted to one lane starting at 7 a.m. Wednesday.

Assistant Wastewater Superintendent Chuck Murphy said the roadway will be partially closed for the next seven days to allow crews from the James White Construction Company to repair a sewer line in the area.

"We are urging motorists to use caution throughout the duration of the project. We anticipate completing the job by Nov. 21 but the job may go longer if necessary. We want to thank our customers and residents for their support as we endeavor to improve our sewer system," said Murphy.

Murphy said questions about the project can be directed to the city wastewater department at (740) 283-6150 or (740) 283-6000, extension 5001.
