SMOLESKI, Annette, 94, of Niceville, FL, formerly of Weirton, passed away Dec. 8, 2012.
Born on Nov. 13, 1918, in Yorkville, OH, she was a devoted Catholic all of her long life.
Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Antoinette Zagula; and two brothers, Chester and Sigmund, as well as a great-grandson.
Annette Smoleski is survived by brother, Frank (Barb) Zagula of New Cumberland, WV and two loving daughters: Kathy Moore and husband, Ron Moore of Cairo, GA, and Toni Hammet and husband, Ben Hay Hammet Jr. of Destin, FL. Annette also is survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in Niceville at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church on Dec. 11, 2012, at 2 p.m.
