SAWYER, William F., Jr. 91, of Steubenville, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Valley Hospice North.
He was born in Tyrone, PA on Sept. 21, 1921. He was retired from Ohio Power and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during W.W.II. Burial will be private.
