Hooverson Heights church offering 3D
HOOVERSON HEIGHTS - The Hooverson Heights Church of Christ, 102 Church St., will have a 3D service at 10:45 a.m. Sunday.
Everyone will receive a pair of 3D glasses to watch 3D video clips setting up the message "3D Living."
Road work
announced
The West Virginia Division of Highways has announced minor road work to be performed this week, pending suitable weather.
In Hancock County, crews will be patching state Route 2 and U.S. Route 30 and ditching along Cowl Farm, Nessly and Dry Run roads.
In Brooke County, crews will be patching Windy Hill and Apple Pie Ridge roads and ditching along Windy Hill Road.
Boil order extended
for district
The Oakland Public Service District has extended its boil order for the entire water system as a result of a line break earlier in the week at the water plant. Customers may experience discolored water during this timeframe.
