"We're very grateful to Dominion for this generous grant," Smoulder said. "Needs may change from day to day, but our agencies are always prepared to help the needs that arise. The funds from the Dominion Foundation will mean a great deal to those residents receiving vital services from our agencies."

"This grant is just a small token of our unwavering appreciation of the many community-minded, selfless people that add so much to the quality of life in the Upper Ohio Valley," said Chuck Penn, manager of media and community relations for Dominion.
