Vandalism: Vehicle window broken Sunday in the 800 block of Rosswell Avenue.

Cited: Eric T. Snape, 29, 183 Valley Way, Weirton, speeding; James V. Freeland, 66, Wheeling, speeding; Eric Lewis, 35, 138 Orpha Ave., Weirton, driving with suspended license and one way street; and Catherine M. Snyder, 39, Georgetown, Pa., speeding.

Arrested: Damon D. Corona, 25, 201 Spring Ave., Mingo Junction, bench warrant out of municipal court, possession of marijuana and falsification, Sunday.

Break-in: House in the 2700 block of Sunset Boulevard broken into and TV, DVDs and copper piping taken, Sunday.

Vandalism: Garage door vandalized with spray paint in the 1300 block of Oregon Avenue, Sunday.

Theft: Bike taken from porch in the 1100 block of Wellesley Avenue, Monday.

Arrested: Paul C. Clayton, 37, 416 Rosslyn Blvd., aggravated menacing, Monday.

Arrested: Brandon W. Pinnell, 26, 640 Hermania Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court and domestic violence warrant, Monday.

Assault: Man hit in head with rock in the 300 block of South Commercial Alley around 7:49 p.m. Monday. The man was taken to Trinity Medical Center West for treatment. A juvenile was arrested and taken to the county's juvenile detention center.

Arrested: Jimmale P. Harton, 21, 1340 Oak Grove Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court, driving with suspended license, driving with a temporary permit without licensed driver and stop sign, Monday.

Break-in: Two men seen running out of building that had been broken into in the 100 block of South Fifth Street around midnight Monday.

Arrested: Adrian Moss, 31, 832 Lincoln Ave., domestic violence and violation of protection order, today.

Arrested: Zachary Moore, 25, Apartment 209, 730 N. Seventh St., disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and menacing, Sunday.

Break-in: Door to house kicked open on Smithfield Township Road 120, Adena, but nothing appeared taken, Sunday.

Arrested: George M. Heckert, 41, RD 1, Wellsburg, driving under the influence and stop sign violation, Sunday.

Cited: Joseph E. Walker, 45, 2614 Weir Ave., Weirton, no fishing license in possession; and Lawrence H. Barnhart, 50, RD 3, Wellsburg, illegal method of fishing.
