Arrested: Charmaine Lester, 33, 743 Kendall Ave., bench warrant for failure to appear, Monday.

Theft: A generator still in its box and bearing a Wal-Mart shipping label, recovered Monday. Store officials told police three others also are missing.

Cited: Donnell Bryant Jr., Canton, failure to reinstate license; Nathaniel Carroll, 530 Clinton Ave., no seat belt and driving under suspension.

Theft: Cigarettes and loose change taken from pickup truck parked on West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Monday.

Vandalized: Vehicle parked in a lot on Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, scratched, Monday.

Stolen: A truck belonging to Buckeye Mechanical Contracting stolen from lot sometime over the weekend, recovered Monday parked in weeds on Island Creek Township Road 378.

Arrested: Donnell Johnson, 50, 2333 Chestnut, Steubenville, failure to appear, Monday.

Arrested: Kevin Donley, 52, 3614 Wilson Ave., Wintersville, felony warrant out of Kentucky for child support, Monday.

Arrested: Douglas A. Valero, 42, 202 Lower Spruce St., Follansbee, domestic battery, Wednesday.

Arrested: Dustin W. Geary, 20, 317 Walker Road, Follansbee, battery, Saturday.

Cited: Floyd G. Stephen Jr., 26, 2732 Eldersville Road, Follansbee, driving while suspended-miscellaneous; Johnathan R. McCoy, 18, 203 Marquette Ave., Follansbee, underage consumption; and Thomas E. Hukill, 44, RD 3, Wellsburg, speeding.

Theft: Material for a chain link fence was taken from a residence on Meadowbrook Drive near Follansbee on Friday.
