Victoria Bettino, Weirton, charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed upon successful completion of probationary period. No violations noted; court costs paid.

Michael T. Miller, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to five days in jail, with credit for five days served. Assessed court costs. Charges of petit larceny (three counts) and shoplifting dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Calvin Henderson, Canonsburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Must pay $726.42 in restitution through the court.

Chris Niespodzianski, Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving under the influence dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.
