Theft: Garage door panel broken at Nick's Auto Sales, 200 N. Third St., and keys to 1997 black Pontiac Grand Prix taken, Thursday . The car was removed from the lot.

Arrested: David P. Painter, 46, 2604 Devonshire Road, loud radio and possession of drug paraphernalia, Thursday.

Cited: Bernard W. Boyle Jr., 54, 1220 Ridge Ave., stop sign and failure to signal turn; Harold R. Bittinger, 25, 626 Prospect Ave., driving with suspended license, fictitious plates and no child restraint; Lawrence D. Rose, 43, 413 Rosslyn Blvd., driving with suspended license and loud radio in vehicle; Anthony T. Dixon, 37, 1493 Foster Place, driving with suspended license and headlight violation; and Nina M. Bey, 23, Apartment 2, 407 Clinton St., driving with suspended license and defective vehicle.

Charged: Ashley M. Hayes, 29, 425 Clinton St.; Tera L. Moran, 22, no fixed address; Robert D. Miller, 35, Lot 5, 150 Woodcrest Road, Follansbee; and Lawrence R. Luke, 49, 732 N. Sixth St,; all charged with trespass on Thursday.

Theft: 9 mm handgun reported taken from apartment in the 2300 block of Sunset Boulevard, Thursday.
