James M. Heck, 54, of 3720 Main St., Weirton, was sentenced to 30 days' home confinement and ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $755.55 for driving while suspended for driving under the influence, failure to stop and no insurance, on Sept. 11 by Magistrate Linda Viderman.

Charges of driving under the influence with injury and leaving the scene of an accident filed against Heck by Follansbee Police were dismissed.
