For those who aren't wine drinkers, there will be an added bonus station of new beers and hard ciders such as Angry Orchard hard cider and Guiness Harvest red beer, distributed by Iron City Distributing, and Summit, Goose Island and Shock Top beers distributed by Choice Brands of Ohio, LLC.

Food selections from Piergallini Catering will include assorted cheeses and antipasti, pork sliders, assorted mini calzones, smoked salmon with capers and lemons, deep fried ravioli and chocolate covered strawberries. The dessert table will feature a variety of homemade biscotti baked by women of the IACC.

An exciting added attraction this year will be "La Sala Fumatori," a smoking lounge that will feature specialty cigars by Antonio Magnone with a fully stocked cash bar.

A special highlight of the evening will be a silent auction of art work, sports memorabilia, gift cards, overnight trips, assorted gift baskets and many other "desirable items," organizers said. There also will be an Italian (Chinese) auction, numerous door prizes and a Pot of Gold drawing with three monetary gifts

Returning to provide musical entertainment will be accordionist Rick Pastre and vocalist Joel Smith singing in the style of Michael Buble. Joining them this year will be jazz vocalist Teresa Kropka. Club member John Balzano will serve as master of ceremonies.

Proceeds from "Festa del Vino" will benefit the IACC scholarship fund, according to Theresa Metcalf, event chairman and scholarship chairman. Metcalf noted that as a result of last year's event the IACC awarded seven $1,000 scholarships to area high school graduates. The scholarships are named in memory of the late Rev. Edmondo Stabene.

Assisting Metcalf are Jane Antonucci, auction chairman; Carol Almonte and Teresa Laman, Italian (Chinese) auction; Deena Riley, entertainment chairman; Vince and Sandy Talarico, ticket chairmen assisted by Bob and Patty Ryan; Nick Riley, wines and beer coordinator with Iron City Distributing; Carm Gentile, IACC president; Elida Petrella, IACC vice president; Billy Petrella, donation and advertising committee; Cheryl Adams and Mary Jo Rinaldi, Pot of Gold; and Todd Piergallini, food and decorations.
