Steubenville

Cited: Crystal L. Walenciej, 32, 1329 Oak Grove Ave., no operator's license.

Arrested: Floyd O'Neill, 28, no address, criminal mischief, Tuesday.

Breaking and entering: A downtown business in the 200 block of Fifth Street was broken into early Monday. Three television sets and a Sony Play Station were taken.

Arrested: Robin Thomas, 52, 369 township Road 227, Richmond, failure to appear, Monday.

Theft: A 2009 Polaris was stolen from the former FirstEnergy power plant in Toronto during the past several days.

Breaking and entering: A Bergholz woman reported someone entered her unlocked car and stole $90 from her purse Monday.

Vandalism: A Mingo Junction man reported someone damaged all of his vehicle tires Monday while it was parked in his mother's driveway.

Stolen: A Salineville man reported six transmissions were stolen from his property during the past two weeks.

Brooke County sheriff

Arrested: Michael A. Colley, 28, 27 Stillson Lane, Colliers, domestic assault, Sunday.

Arrested: Michael M. Lazabeck, 28, Apartment 3, 215 Commerce St., Wellsburg, petit larceny, Wednesday.

Arrested: Jerry L. McClelland Jr., 45, RD 1, Colliers, warrant for failure to pay child support, Wednesday.

Burglary: A home on Second Street in Beech Bottom was broken into and a jewelry box was taken. The crime was reported Tuesday.

Burglary: A trailer on McColl Road in Colliers was vandalized and the water was left running, Tuesday. Entry was gained through a rear window.

Cited: Benjamin C. Acors, 27, 3340 Overbrook Drive, Weirton, no hunter education card; Darrell F. Burford Jr., 30, Charleston, hunting without a license and without permission; and Shane K. Cook, 36, Charleston, illegal possession of wildlife.
