Gregory Brown, New Cumberland, waived preliminary hearing on charge of grand larceny. Case removed to Hancock County Circuit Court.

Melissa Stander, Weirton, waived preliminary hearing on charge of fraudulent schemes. Case removed to Hancock County Circuit Court.

Nov. 5

Mark Glasure, Weirton, charge of domestic battery dismissed at the victim's request.

Shawn McNeil, Newell, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and failure to display a photo ID. Fined $200 on each count and assessed court costs.

George Bell III, Weirton, charge of driving on a suspended license (two counts) dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

James Boyles, New Cumberland, charge of transferring stolen property dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Dawn Smith, Weirton, charged with driving on a suspended license (second offense), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included charge of driving on a suspended license (first offense, administrative). Fined $250 and assessed court costs.

Alexandra Werny, Wadsworth, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined $25 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving on a suspended license (third offense, administrative) dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Nov. 6

Paul DiLorenzo, Pittsburgh, charge of driving under the influence (aggravated) dismissed and refiled as reckless driving, to which defendant pleaded no contest and was found guilty. Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Carl Fowler, East Liverpool, charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included charge of DUI (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation with $5-a-month probation fee. Fined $400 and assessed court costs.

Carlos Cardona, Steubenville, charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included charge of DUI (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation $5-a-month probation fee. Fined $400 and assessed court costs.

Joseph Green, Weirton, charged with driving on a suspended license (DUI), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included charge of driving on a suspended license (administrative). Fined $400 and assessed court costs.

Mary Sampson, East Liverpool, charge of permitting DUI dismissed upon successful completion of diversion program and payment of all court costs.

Edward Nemeth, Weirton, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentenced to 12 hours in jail, with credit for 12 hours served. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Charges of driving on roadway laned for traffic, failure to change address and no insurance dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Kendell Williams, Weirton, charge of battery dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Nov. 8

Blake Koci, Weirton, charge of daytime burglary dismissed at defense counsel's request with no objection from the state.

Brandon Speece, Wellsville, charge of daytime neglect dismissed at defense counsel's request with no objection from the state.
